All proceeds from the gigs will be donated to EBRP, a nonprofit created in 2010 by Jill and Eddie Vedder with a group of parents to find treatments and cures for Epidermolysis Bullosa. For current Ten Club members who were active as of Sunday, August 20, a special ticket pre-sale for both shows begins today (August 21). Tickets for the general public will only be available through Ticketmaster Registration. Registration for Ticketmaster begins today at 10 a.m. PT and ends Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT. Ohana Festival 2023 will be headlined by Eddie Vedder, The Foo Fighters, and The Killers.
The festival will return to Dana Point’s scenic Doheny State Beach between September 29 and October 1. The Killers will headline the first night of the event, following concerts by HAIM, Father John Misty, Japanese Breakfast, and more. On the second day, Eddie Vedder will perform alongside The Chicks, The War On Drugs, Goose, and others. On October 1, the Foo Fighters will round up the weekender, joined by Pretenders, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, The Backseat Lovers, and more. Ohana Festival was launched by Vedder in 2006 and has since featured concerts by Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Strokes, Mumford & Sons, Stevie Nicks, and others. Variety called the event last year “the best-curated boutique festival in America.” A portion of the proceeds benefit the Doheny State Beach Foundation and the San Onofre Parks Foundation, as well as participating charities such as the Surfrider Foundation – South OC Chapter, WSL PURE, Unidos South OC, Los Cerritos Wetlands Land Trust, Rob Machado Foundation, Everytown Gun Control, Music Preserves, Sea Legacy, and others.
