Megadeth is presently on tour in support of their latest album “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!” which was released in 2022, and during a show in Vicenza, Italy, the band’s founder, leader, guitarist, and vocalist Dave Mustaine made an intriguing revelation for the fans. He stated that he and his family will be relocating to Italy. The musician stated that they recently purchased a home in the country, but that they will continue to live in Nashville.
Dave Mustaine of Megadeth claims he’s heading to Italy (transcribed by Blabbermouth): “I have something really special I need to tell you guys… I just acquired a property in Italy a few weeks ago. So imagine waking up tomorrow morning and seeing me out your window, walking with my boxes. And you think to yourself, “Fuck, man, that looks like Dave Mustaine.” Take a look at all of those guitars. That’s got to be him.'” “I have to tell you, I am overjoyed to be able to call Italy our new home.” And I’d want to thank you all for your generosity in teaching me how to be a decent resident here and how to live the Italian way.”
“What I stated about moving here is correct. And I’m definitely looking forward to living in Italy when we get there. We’ll keep our residency in the United States, but we’ll be living here. And we are looking forward to seeing many of you. “And I think we’re going to have a lot of fun,” Dave Mustaine added. Megadeth’s next tour dates.
