After being advised by doctors to take it easy in order to heal from a peptic ulcer, Bruce Springsteen was forced to reschedule his 2023 tour dates. In addition to performing in North America the next year, the musician has now declared that he will be returning to Europe, where he previously traveled in 2023. Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway will host the performances in May, June, and July of next year.
Garry Tallent on bass, Roy Bittan on piano, Max Weinberg on drums, Steven Van Zandt on guitar, Nils Lofgren on guitar, and Patti Scialfa on backing vocals currently make up the E Street Band. Springsteen’s band also tours with these three musicians: Charles Giordano (synthesizer, accordion, and organ), Jake Clemons (saxophones), and Soozie Tyrell (violin, backup vocals).
